Work History & Leadership:

After 10 years of building homes as a carpenter working for a local contractor, I began my new career in 1990 as a juvenile detention officer in Ashtabula, OH. Since then, I’ve worked as youth worker at an adolescent psych hospital, an overnight youth worker at a group home and a program director for a runaway and homeless youth shelter. I earned my Arizona Independent Substance Abuse Counselors License in 2004. I was western regional manager for TASC INC for 9 years, and clinical director for Terros Mobile Crisis. I intend to finish my career doing what I like best, working with people one on one, here at North Country HealthCare.

Fun Facts: On my free time I enjoy 4×4 trail riding and am also a weekend photographer. When I retire, I want to take people on tours through the desert and the mountains of western Arizona and tell tall tales about outlaws and lawmen.

Patient Satisfaction

We want to improve and you can help! After each visit you may receive a survey via mail or email. This is your opportunity to tell us what we did well and where we could use some improvement. We value your input and act on survey results on a regular basis. North Country HealthCare is committed to providing a quality experience to you and your family at each visit.

To ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey. For nearly 30 years, Press Ganey’s mission has been to support healthcare providers in understanding and improving the entire patient experience. As a business partner to more than 20,000 healthcare organizations, Press Ganey leads the industry in transforming the patient experience and creating continuous, sustainable improvement.
