North Country HealthCare Lake Havasu City offers comprehensive healthcare for the entire family and fitness enthusiasts. Our family practice offers a limited number of same day appointments for established patients. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable payment options for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our low-cost options include a sliding fee scale discount program which is based on income and family size.
North Country HealthCare is the primary community health center in the area. In 1991, a small group of doctors and nurses, health and human service representatives and consumers worked together to establish the Flagstaff Community Free Clinic. In 1996, the clinic transitioned from a volunteer organization into a state and federally funded community health center. Today, North Country HealthCare serves 11 communities across Northern Arizona, providing quality medical care to all while building healthier communities.

We accept most commercial insurance, AHCCCS and Medicare, and offer a sliding-fee scale based on income and family size. Patients are treated regardless of ability to pay.
