We’re here to care for you and your family. See what our teams are doing to keep you safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All patients and visitors entering our facilities are required to wear an approved face mask

If you are experiencing any sick symptoms (cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, etc.) when you arrive for your appointment, please stay outside and call to let us know you have arrived

Change in Dialing – Beginning 10/24/21, you must dial 10 digits for all local calls. This means you will need to dial the area code (928) before all 7 digit phone numbers. Please visit the Arizona Corporation Commission website for more information.

    Virtual Visits

    Virtual Visits

We are excited to offer virtual visits as a way of providing care without requiring you to be physically in our office. These video-based appointments are completed from the privacy of your home using your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Types of appointments that can be completed virtually:

    • Behavioral health
    • Chronic condition management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
    • Chronic pain evaluation & follow-up
    • Dental screenings & consultations
    • Illness evaluation (sick visit)
    • Medication refills
    • Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
    • Review lab & test results
    • Routine follow-up

If you’re interested in converting your upcoming appointment to a virtual visit, please contact North Country HealthCare to see if your visit can be completed virtually.

Your visit will be billed to your health insurance, like a regular doctor visit. If you are uninsured, North Country HealthCare offers a sliding fee scale, which would allow you to pay a nominal fee for your appointment.

North Country HealthCare uses Zoom for virtual visits. The patient must have a desktop, smartphone, laptop, or tablet AND the following:

    • Stable Internet Connection – broadband wired or wireless, or cellular (3G or 4G/LTE).
    • Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in or wireless Bluetooth technology (you can also use your phone to call into the meeting for audio)
    • A webcam* – built-in or USB plug-in

*If you are unable to connect to the video portion, your appointment will be canceled.

Before scheduling or joining a virtual visit, we recommend you join a test Zoom meeting to ensure your microphone, speakers, and video work correctly for this type of visit. Please visit this link to test your system.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, we will send you an email with visit connection instructions and any necessary forms to complete. If you have questions, please contact North Country HealthCare.
