Most of North Country HealthCare’s locations are in very rural areas, where it can sometimes be difficult to recruit medical providers. As a result, our goal is to “Grow Our Own” healthcare professionals.
North Country strives to improve the education, training and distribution of healthcare professionals in Arizona. We believe it is important to provide information, education and exposure to the many healthcare careers available beginning at the elementary school level. Our initiatives educate all pre-college youth, with an emphasis on underrepresented minorities and economically and educationally disadvantaged populations.
