North Country HealthCare Holbrook provides comprehensive healthcare services. Our providers understand the medical and cultural needs of the community and they are committed to providing care specific to the people of the greater Holbrook area.
Conveniently located right off I-40 on Navajo Blvd., the health center is specially equipped to provide on-site tests such as blood draws, employment physicals and drug testing. There is no need for patients to travel for routine tests, immunizations, check-ups, prescriptions or to see a primary care physician.
North Country HealthCare’s doctors and care providers are dedicated to providing primary care to you and your whole family. Our family practice offers walk-ins and same day appointments for routine and sick visits. We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable payment options for those who are uninsured or underinsured. Our low-cost options include a sliding fee scale discount program which is based on income and family size.
North Country HealthCare is the primary community health center in the area. In 1991, a small group of doctors and nurses, health and human service representatives and consumers worked together to establish the Flagstaff Community Free Clinic. In 1996, the clinic transitioned from a volunteer organization into a state and federally funded community health center. Today, North Country HealthCare serves 12 communities across northern Arizona, providing quality medical care to all while building healthier communities.
