Am I eligible for dental services at North Country Healthcare? 

North Country Healthcare Dental serves pediatric patients, their guardians, and individuals meeting specific eligibility criteria. We are always accepting new pediatric patients as well as adults and children referred by Ryan White.

Pediatric services: 

• Children are eligible for comprehensive care from ages 0-20 

Eligible for a 1-year treatment plan: 

• Pregnant women 
• Adults screened in shelters 
• Adults referred by A New Dawn 
• Adults referred by Smiles for Vets 
• Adults referred through NACOG 

If you are an adult in need of emergency dental services, Coconino County may provide a 1-time use voucher for emergency dental care at North Country HealthCare. Emergency visits are available on a walk-in basis in each of our clinics.
