I was born and raised in Arizona and obtained my undergraduate degree and masters locally. I attended the Yavapai Community College in Prescott, AZ for my associates degree in nursing and Grand Canyon University in Phoenix where I completed my bachelors degree in nursing and masters in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner. Additionally I am also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I have been in the medical field as a registered nurse for over sixteen years and it has been my long term goal to become a nurse practitioner. I am excited to care for those in my community at this capacity.  I look forward to continuing to serve and help those who come in for care. I believe, “It is the relationship between the provider and the patient that builds trust and commitment to work together to achieve improvement in the patient’s overall health and quality of life.”

Fun Facts: On my free time I enjoy anything outdoors! I enjoy being in the woods, riding quad and reading books.

Patient Satisfaction

We want to improve and you can help! After each visit you may receive a survey via mail or email. This is your opportunity to tell us what we did well and where we could use some improvement. We value your input and act on survey results on a regular basis. North Country HealthCare is committed to providing a quality experience to you and your family at each visit.

To ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey. For nearly 30 years, Press Ganey’s mission has been to support healthcare providers in understanding and improving the entire patient experience. As a business partner to more than 20,000 healthcare organizations, Press Ganey leads the industry in transforming the patient experience and creating continuous, sustainable improvement.
