Mark your calendars for Friday, April 7th 2023 for the return of Flagstaff’s Small Business & Community Health Fair!

Hosted at the Flagstaff Aquaplex, this event is free and open to the public. Receive free health screenings and learn about health and wellness services in northern Arizona. Take advantage of a free baseline blood test (book yours below, while supplies last), other free health screenings, and free health and wellness advice.

Appointments are now available for a free baseline blood test during our Small Business & Community Health Fair on Friday, April 7th 2023. Blood tests are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so book yours today!

  • First, select your appointment time on the calendar. Then enter your information.
  • Click the ‘Submit’ button only once and wait for the message “Your appointment has been successfully booked!” to appear.
  • A confirmation email with appointment details will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM folder.
  • If a time slot is greyed out, there are no remaining appointments available.
