03/15/2016 by Sarah Pena

Spring is just around the corner, and it’s time for Flagstaff to get healthy! Flagstaff’s 8th Annual Small Business & Community Health Fair will be held at the Aquaplex on Friday, April 8th from 7 a.m. to noon.  Open to the public, the health fair features free health screenings, fitness advice, health insurance and wellness information, healthy snacks from local businesses and much more.  Each participant will walk away with a goodie bag filled with valuable giveaways. For the last eight years, this annual health fair has supported small business owners and employees by providing low cost healthcare options, including information about the Health Insurance Marketplace and SHOP. Participants can sign up early to receive a free baseline blood test that looks at 31 health risk indicators, a $35 value.

For more information about Flagstaff’s Small Business & Community Health Fair, or to schedule a free baseline blood test, please contact Jessica Stephenson at 928.522.9505.
