Last week, Northern Arizona residents embraced healing and self-care during NACASA’s Canvas of Courage event for National Sexual Assault Awareness Month this April. In early 2023, North Country HealthCare received grant funding to develop the FIT at 45 program. This program offers no-cost colorectal cancer screenings to qualified patients. KidsCare is Coming! We Are Here To Help

Starting July 26th, North Country will assist with with KidsCare applications. KidsCare coverage has been restored for Arizona children who do not qualify for AHCCCS, Arizona’s Medicaid program. Children whose household income is between 133% and 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit (FPL) now have access to full Medicaid benefits for a minimal monthly premium. This means children in a family of four could qualify with an annual household income up to $48,600. North Country HealthCare views the restoring of KidsCare as a benefit to the uninsured and underinsured children of Arizona. Beginning July 26, 2016, all North Country HealthCare …
