Exhibitor Application

Submit an application to be considered for the 2025 Flagstaff Community Health Fair. Exhibitor applicants will be notified via email. If selected, you will receive a link with payment options.

All exhibitors will receive:

  • A booth space
  • One 6-ft table and two chairs
  • Listing on the event webpage

Pricing

  • Nonprofit/Government/School: $60
  • Business: $80

If payment is received before March 31, 2025
  • Nonprofit/Government/School: $80
  • Business: $100

If payment is received after March 31, 2025

Please note:

  • Exhibitors are required to be at the event for the full four (4) hours.
  • Load in/load out assistance is available with advance notice.
  • Light refreshments for exhibitors will be available until supplies run out.

All proceeds from this event support North Country HealthCare programs that benefit individuals and families facing health challenges. This includes providing preventive cancer screenings and treatment for those who cannot afford care, supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, and assisting other vulnerable members of our community.
