We partner with the trusted survey company Press Ganey to gather detailed insights into patient experiences. After each visit, patients are invited to complete paper surveys, offering them a straightforward way to share information about their experiences. These surveys allow us to measure satisfaction and identify areas where we can enhance our services.
In addition to the surveys, we encourage patients to leave feedback through online platforms, including Google and Yelp reviews. This offers patients another convenient way to share their experiences and opinions. We also provide an email address, improvement@nchcaz.org, for patients who prefer to submit their feedback directly. This email serves as an open line of communication for suggestions, concerns, and general feedback.
