School Based Health Services

North Country HealthCare offers healthcare services at Summit High School via our mobile medical unit. The mobile unit, outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and staffed by highly trained professionals, visits Summit High School on a weekly basis to provide student healthcare services.

The goal of this service is to promote the overall health of students so they can benefit fully from their educational experience. This service is offered as a convenience to families, and if your child already has a medical provider, we are happy to work with him/her to see that your child receives the best care.


  • Unexpected Illness or Injury
  • Management of Chronic Conditions (i.e. Asthma, Diabetes, etc.)
  • Immunizations
  • Well Child Exams
  • Sports Physicals
