We are debuting the next short video of our series, “The North Country HealthCare Foundation.”

North Country HealthCare is a community health center. Community health centers keep communities healthy. North Country also has a foundation that works hard for you. They strengthen our ability to do more of what we do for you. We provide so much for so many, and that includes you.

The North Country HealthCare Foundation was founded in 2014. The Foundation’s purpose is to support the mission of North Country HealthCare. The Foundation provides the philanthropic funding necessary to create healthier communities throughout northern Arizona. More than access to high quality, affordable healthcare, North Country HealthCare brings hope to those with complicated health issues, undesirable living situations and other life challenges that impact overall health.

Donations to the Foundation can go to direct patient care (through our Angel Fund) or to one of our many community programs. Some of these community programs include:
– Behavioral Health
– Dental Programs
– Diabetes Education & Self Management
– Girls on the Run of Northern Arizona
– Hepatitis C Outreach & Education
– Northern Arizona Care & Services After Assault (NACASA)
– Maternal & Child Health
– Prevent the Spread of HIV/AIDS
– Teaching & Training
– Well Woman HealthCheck

North Country HealthCare is a Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO), which means donors can receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on the Arizona state taxes.
