Prior to joining North Country HealthCare as a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, Teresa Aleman worked as an RN. She completed a hospital residency and fell in love with the ambulatory care setting as a pharmacist. In her free time, Teresa enjoys traveling (especially to the beach) and camping with her family.
