Dr. Paige DeRemer-Young has many years of experience working and volunteering with the LGBTQ+ community, people who use drugs, and survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Prior to medical school, she worked for 3 years at an OB/GYN practice – most recently as the breast health department coordinator – in Richmond, Virginia. Additionally, Dr. DeRemer-Young had scribed and worked as a medical assistant at an orthopedics practice in Northern Virginia.
Dr. DeRemer-Young has 3 cats and is passionate about rescuing and fostering cats, especially those with special needs. Outside of medicine, she practices yoga regularly and is a certified spinning instructor. Dr. DeRemer-Young loves reading, doing crossword puzzles, exploring new places, thrifting, and cross-stitching.
