He had worked in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings for the first half of those years and then in outpatient clinic only for the second half. Dr. Joe’s focus has been helping people to prevent illnesses and to be able to take better care of themselves. In his free time, he enjoys photography, bicycling, and skeet/cowboy shoots.
