Prior to joining North Country HealthCare, Tom Baughman began his work in behavioral healthcare as a juvenile detention officer in Ashtabula, OH. Since then, he’s worked as youth worker at an adolescent psych hospital, an overnight youth worker at a group home and a program director for a runaway and homeless youth shelter. Tom earned his Arizona Independent Substance Abuse Counselors License in 2004. In his free time, he enjoys 4×4 trail riding and weekend photography.
