Medical Specialties & Interests: EMDR; anxiety; depression; grief work

Work History:

  • I have over 15 years of experience as a behavioral health professional in rural and urban settings. In my professional career, I’ve worked in both private practice and community-based organizations with a variety of patient populations including children, adults and families
  • I enjoy helping families navigate challenging times, and life transitions like receiving, or a family member receiving, an unexpected diagnosis or healing from the loss of a loved one
  • I have received specialized training in EMDR, an evidenced-based practice which has proven effective in treating trauma, depression and anxiety
