Patient Satisfaction

We want to improve and you can help! After each visit you may receive a survey via mail or email. This is your opportunity to tell us what we did well and where we could use some improvement. We value your input and act on survey results on a regular basis. North Country HealthCare is committed to providing a quality experience to you and your family at each visit.

To ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey. For nearly 30 years, Press Ganey’s mission has been to support healthcare providers in understanding and improving the entire patient experience. As a business partner to more than 20,000 healthcare organizations, Press Ganey leads the industry in transforming the patient experience and creating continuous, sustainable improvement.
