Location: Flagstaff 4th Street

Specialty: Family Medicine

Originally from California,  I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California Riverside and later attended Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in southern Utah. During my undergraduate and medical training, I refined my leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills by participating in humanitarian and medical missions in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Peru to offer free mobile clinics, in-home visits, and preventive health education to vulnerable populations as well as undocumented and uninsured immigrants.

As an enthusiastic and dedicated physician, I place a high value on serving others, especially those in disadvantaged communities. My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while also delivering quality healthcare, screening, and education to medically underserved populations in the United States and abroad.

Languages: English; Vietnamese

Professional Associations:

  • American Osteopathic Association

Fun Facts: On my free time I enjoy researching and writing about health topics and incorporating what I’ve learned in medicine. Writing helps me inspire others to make healthier choices in their daily lives. I also enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, various sports and traveling.

Patient Satisfaction

We want to improve and you can help! After each visit you may receive a survey via mail or email. This is your opportunity to tell us what we did well and where we could use some improvement. We value your input and act on survey results on a regular basis. North Country HealthCare is committed to providing a quality experience to you and your family at each visit.

To ensure we are holding ourselves to the highest standards, we partner with an independent patient satisfaction company, Press Ganey. For nearly 30 years, Press Ganey’s mission has been to support healthcare providers in understanding and improving the entire patient experience. As a business partner to more than 20,000 healthcare organizations, Press Ganey leads the industry in transforming the patient experience and creating continuous, sustainable improvement.
