Based on the information you provided, we do not recommend your child seeing a provider at this time. However, if they develop a fever and shortness of breath, we recommend you call 1.800.687.5798 to schedule a virtual visit or contact your child’s primary care provider right away. If at any time your child experiences shortness of breath we recommend you go to the hospital. For example, if they are showing signs such as; labored breathing, severe coughing or coughing attacks, flared nostrils, panting, making grunting sounds or their stomach or chest is rapidly moving up and down when not coughing.

North Country HealthCare is administering the Moderna and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccines.
Both vaccines are authorized and recommended for persons 18 years of age or older. The recommendation for both vaccines should be implemented in conjunction with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice’s (ACIP) interim recommendations for allocating the initial supply of COVID-19 vaccines.
