To provide accessible, affordable, comprehensive, quality primary healthcare in an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity. The health and well being of patients and community alike are promoted through direct services, training/education, outreach, and advocacy.

Vision & Goals

North Country’s vision is to be the primary care provider of choice throughout northern Arizona. The North Country Board of Directors and Management Team recently participated in a strategic planning process that resulted in six overarching strategic goals for the organization. Specific objectives and activities for each of these strategic goals are becoming part of a new and dynamic Five Year Strategic Plan for FY2005-2010. The theme of this new Five Year Strategic Plan is “Moving from breadth to depth; reaching new heights in quality of care through data driven, evidence based process improvements which include evaluation and monitoring.” The six overarching goals are as follows:
     Goal 1 – Expand community awareness throughout the service areas.
     Goal 2 – Improve access to affordable and accessible primary care.
     Goal 3 – Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
     Goal 4 – Maintain and expand quality patient care.
     Goal 5 – Develop and maintain a competent and committed workforce.
     Goal 6 – Maintain and expand fiscal viability.
